NAB Files Additional Comments With The FCC
Wednesday, August 15th, 2007On Monday the NAB filed additional comments with the FCC asking them to strike down the proposed merger between Sirius and XM Satellite Radio.

Senator Claire McCaskill Wants Merger Rejected
Thursday, August 9th, 2007Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) is the latest legislator to write FCC Chairman Kevin Martin and Assistant Attorney General Thomas Barnett contesting the proposed merger between Sirius and XM Satellite Radio.
