Hope Miller’s lawsuit claiming shock jock Bubba “The Love Sponge” Clem forced her to perform a sex act on air can proceed, a Florida judge ruled. Florida Circuit Judge Marva Crenshaw ruled Wednesday that Hope Miller, an Internet porn star known as Brooke Skye, presented enough facts to support her claim so the lawsuit can continue, the Tampa (Fla.) Tribune reported. Miller’s attorney, Steve Silton, said, “This case is about power and the abuse of power by an individual who puts himself in control.”

Silton alleged that Clem gave Miller alcohol even though she was not 21 years old and told her he would get her to do something she didn’t want to do, the newspaper said. When Miller objected, he threatened her, saying that her career would be ruined and that he would tell his listeners not to patronize her Web site. Also named in the suit are the other participant, Melissa Harrington and Sirius Satellite Radio, the Tribune said.

Honestly I’m not sure what I think about this case, especially without knowing the facts.  When it comes to girls, this show is only about one thing and I’m pretty sure Hope Miller was aware of this fact.  But if these allegations are true Bubba and Sirius may find themselves in some trouble.
